These terms apply when you use Document Scanner Pro, made by Sanibha Private Limited (“Sanibha”, “we”). By using the app or this website you agree to them.
Using the app
You may use Document Scanner Pro for lawful purposes on your own devices. Do not use it to scan, store, or share anything you have no right to, and do not try to break, copy, or reverse engineer the app.
Your documents
Your documents belong to you and stay on your phone. You are responsible for what you scan, sign, and share, and for keeping your own copies. See the privacy page for what we can see.
Subscriptions
Scanning, saving, and sharing are free, and nothing free carries a watermark, a page limit, or ads. Merging, signing, and copying text are free to try, then need Pro, as do the other Pro tools. Pro starts with a 3-day free trial. Prices, billing periods, and renewals are shown in the app before you buy. Payment and cancellation are handled through your Apple Account.
Accuracy of results
OCR, edge detection, and enhancement can make mistakes. Check important text, signatures, and forms before you rely on them or send them on. A signature placed in the app may not be accepted for every kind of document, so confirm what the recipient requires.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost files, lost data, or indirect losses from using it. Keep a backup of anything important.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist only means we will email you about the launch. It does not reserve anything.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
